8 week Pelvic Floor Health Course
Fridays 12-1:15pm
October 17 - December 12 (no class 11/28)

Whether you've just been out here dancing with gravity for a few decades OR you're 3 months, 3 years, or 3 decades postpartum, the health of our pelvic floor effects the root of our spine, our base, our foundation. The security we experience within our body.

In this course, we're exploring more subtle actions as we move through standing poses, abdominal work and inversions to support pelvic floor health.

Some questions were exploring in this course:

  • How do we create an inner stability within our body, from the ground up?
  • How does our breath effect the movement of the diaphragm and the pelvic floor?
  • How does the work of the legs support the lift and health of the pelvis and back?
  • What are short, simple practices you can do each day to support health of the pelvic floor?

8 Week Course: $200

If space allows, weekly session sign-ups begin October 15.

As the sun wanes, and the nights grow longer, our focus begins to move more toward our inner experience. Let's work toward creating an inner stability as we navigate each day that arrives.
