Happy Solstice ✨

On this longest night of the year, I wish you a moment to pause. To check in with where you've been this year, honor what's here now, and imagine what's yet to come.

When our world is moving fast, it can be hard to connect with what was, what is, and what will be.

And finding spaces of quiet, a pause, access to stillness... clarity of the past, present & future begins to take shape.

I am excited to open registration for classes today because it feels like planting a seed for 2026.

We plant seeds in the darkness of the earth and soil, and then wait for days or weeks for the seedling to appear. This sacred timekeeping cultivates patience and trust for what's to come, as we continue to tend our planted seeds each day.

And so, today I plant a seed, and wait with great anticipation and excitement for what our collective learning will become in the new year. I can already sense how these classes are coming together and taking shape, as I tend to these seeds.

Registration is open now for 2026 classes. All the info here.

Happy Solstice! Happy Holidays! Happy New Year! Excited to see y'all in the new year, and begin (again) 🌱

Much love,
-sara
