Beginning Yoga Course
Begins February 25 & 28
One gift of Beginning Yoga Course is the sequencing of poses. Over the course of 12 weeks, we learn through both repetition and addition, exploring more poses and more actions as we go.
In this class, we focus on foundational standing & seated poses to build strength and mobility, and beginning inversions.
Each week, you'll get:
- weekly class: Wednesday morning or Saturday afternoon. Choose one or sign up for both
- weekly readings from Yoga in Action: Preliminary Course (get the book here.) Learn more about the poses and sequencing with this home practice guide
- daily home practice support. Cultivate a personal practice that works for you
The intelligence within our body is built up gradually over time. By progressing one class, one pose, one action at a time, we simultaneously develop our body and mind through asana (posture practice.)
Transformation doesn't happen in an instant AND we can only create change one moment at a time. From the very first class, we make space for creating your home practice. #youAreYourOwnBestTeacher
